루분투 vsftpd를 굴리는 데 파일질라와 윈도우 탐색기에서 업로드가 안 됩니다.

파일질라쪽 로그는 저상태로 타임아웃이 계속 반복되고 있습니다. 패시브 포트를 설정하고 열어줘도 계속 되네요.
